packaging design to increase sales of products sold inside the Cargo Box. Early tests of the redesigned lid offered 4x the retail conversion as well as increased rider visibility.

The small see-through window allowed riders to preview a couple products encouraging them to check out the products on the app.

once the results were conclusive, we mass produced the design in china. we held a trade-in program to swap out current drivers’ lids for the new one.

utilizing the balloon as the focal point, we ran a “treat yo self from anywhere” series on social media to highlight the new lid design and increase our brand awareness.
